At checkout you must check a box confirming that you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your information and is part of these terms.
1. Who we serve
Our products are for tax professionals and businesses. By buying, you confirm you are at least 18 and buying for professional use.

- You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute them, or share your access links, without our written permission.

3. Software packages
- Essential and Business Edge packages are priced per tax season and include unlimited returns for that season. They do not renew automatically.
- Using the software requires a valid PTIN and EFIN and a signed Sub-Office Service Bureau Agreement. That agreement covers e-filing, bank products and related fees, and controls if it conflicts with these terms.

4. Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars and charged at checkout through Stripe.
- Member discount codes (20% for Essential, 30% for Business Edge) apply to Tax Pros 360 digital products, not to software packages. One code per order. Codes are for the buyer’s own use.
- We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders already placed.

6. Not tax or legal advice
Our guides, sample returns and tools are for education and practice support. They are not tax, legal or financial advice for any specific client. You are responsible for every return you prepare and sign. Tax Pros 360 is a private business and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the IRS or any state tax agency.
7. Acceptable use
You may not copy, scrape or misuse the site, attempt to access accounts or systems that are not yours, or use our products or software for fraud or any illegal purpose. We may suspend access, without refund, for any violation.
8. Warranty disclaimer
PRODUCTS, DIGITAL DOWNLOADS, SOFTWARE AND THE WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE OR SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
Tax law changes often. We work to keep content accurate and current, but you are responsible for confirming current law before relying on any content.
9. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or delays caused by tax agencies, banks, software providers or events outside our control.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Tax Pros 360, LLC and its officers, members, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of our site, digital products or software; (b) any tax returns, filings or advice you prepare or provide to your clients; (c) your breach of these terms or of applicable IRS rules and regulations; or (d) any violation of third-party rights, including privacy or data protection rights.
11. Disputes

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Sub-Office Service Bureau Agreement, are the entire agreement between you and Tax Pros 360, LLC regarding the site and products. If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Security
Last updated: October 22, 2026
Tax Pros 360 protects customer information under a written information security plan (WISP) built on the FTC Safeguards Rule and IRS Publication 4557, Safeguarding Taxpayer Data. Because our software is used to file returns, security is shared: we secure our systems, and each preparer secures their own office.
1. How we protect our systems
- Encryption: our website, store and software connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit.
- Multi-factor authentication on our administrative, store, email and software accounts.
- Limited access: only people who need information to do their job can reach it, and access is removed when it is no longer needed.
- Payments: card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Return data: returns prepared in the software are stored by our software provider in its secure, IRS-authorized environment, not on our website.
- Upkeep: we keep systems updated, back up key data and review our safeguards at least once a year.
2. Your responsibilities as a software user
As an e-file provider, you are responsible for protecting your clients’ data under IRS and FTC rules. That includes:
- Keeping your own written information security plan (WISP). Software packages include a WISP template to start from.
- Using multi-factor authentication and strong, unshared passwords for the software and your email.
- Securing your devices, network and office, and limiting staff access to what each person needs.
- Protecting your PTIN, EFIN and software login. Never share a login.
- Following the security rules in IRS Publication 1345 and your state’s data-breach laws.
3. If something goes wrong
If we learn of a security incident that affects your information, we will:
- Contain it and investigate what happened.
- Notify affected customers without unreasonable delay and as the law requires.
- Notify the IRS, state agencies and law enforcement where required.
- Fix the cause and strengthen our safeguards.
If your own office suffers data theft or a breach, report it to your IRS Stakeholder Liaison right away and email us so we can help secure your software account.
4. Report a security concern
Email hello@taxpros360.com with “Security” in the subject line. Never send client tax documents or Social Security numbers by email.
Disclosures
Last updated: October 22, 2026
1. No government affiliation
Tax Pros 360, LLC is a private business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for the IRS, the U.S. Treasury or any state tax agency. Taking part in the IRS e-file program does not mean the IRS endorses our products.
2. Our role as a service bureau
Tax Pros 360 operates a service bureau. We provide professional tax software, licensed from a third-party developer and offered under the TaxPros360 name, to independent tax preparers who set up a sub-office under us. Each preparer runs their own business, uses their own PTIN and EFIN, and is solely responsible for the returns they prepare. The Sub-Office Service Bureau Agreement sets out the full relationship and controls if it conflicts with this page.
3. Fees
| Fee | Amount | When it applies |
|---|---|---|
| Essential package | $99 per tax season | Paid by the preparer at checkout |
| Business Edge package | $299 per tax season | Paid by the preparer at checkout |
| Service bureau fee | $39 per funded bank product | Only when a bank product funds, as set out in the Sub-Office Agreement |
| Bank and software provider fees | Set by the bank and software provider | Only when a bank product funds; deducted from the taxpayer’s refund |
You must clearly disclose every fee to your clients before they choose a bank product. Package prices may change; current prices are on our Software page.
4. Bank products
Refund transfers and other bank products are offered by third-party banks under their own terms, not by Tax Pros 360. The bank decides enrollment, approval and funding. Bank products are optional: taxpayers can always receive their refund directly from the IRS by direct deposit or check.
5. No guarantees of approval or results
- We do not guarantee that the IRS will approve your EFIN or PTIN, or that any state will approve a registration.
- We do not guarantee IRS or state acceptance of any return, the amount or timing of any refund, or approval of any bank product.
- Software availability depends partly on IRS and state systems, banks and our software provider, including IRS e-file shutdown periods.
6. Educational content, not advice
Our guides, practice returns and tools are written by Enrolled Agents for education and practice support. They are not tax, legal or financial advice for any specific client. Content reflects the law for the tax year shown as of its publication date; confirm current rules before relying on it.
7. Practice returns use fictional data
Names, Social Security numbers, addresses and amounts in our sample and practice returns are fictional. Any resemblance to real people is coincidental. Never use them in a real filing.
8. Your professional responsibilities
You are responsible for your PTIN, EFIN, any state registration or licensing your state requires, due-diligence rules (including Form 8867), data security, and IRS Circular 230 where it applies to you.
9. Third-party services
We rely on third parties, including our software provider, banks, Stripe and hosting providers. Their services follow their own terms, and we are not responsible for their outages or decisions.
Earnings Disclaimer
Last updated: October 22, 2026
The short version: we sell software and educational products. We do not promise that you will make any money.
1. No earnings guarantee
Any income, revenue, return-count or bank-product figures on this site or in our business plans, guides, emails and sales materials are examples or goals, not promises or typical results. We do not guarantee that you will earn any particular amount, or any money at all, from a tax preparation business.
2. Your results depend on you
Results depend on factors we do not control, including your experience, credentials, location, pricing, marketing, time invested, compliance and the economy. Some new preparers earn little or nothing in their first season.
3. Testimonials
Any testimonials or success stories reflect individual experiences and are not typical results. If a testimonial is paid or rewarded, we will say so.
4. Not a business opportunity or franchise
Buying our software or products does not make you an employee, franchisee, partner or agent of Tax Pros 360, and it is not the purchase of a business opportunity or franchise. You run your own independent business.
5. Get your own advice
Starting or growing a tax business involves cost and risk. Before you invest, consider speaking with your own legal, financial and tax advisors.
Accessibility
Last updated: October 22, 2026

Our guides are delivered as online flipbooks; if a flipbook does not work with your screen reader or other assistive tool, we will send an accessible format at no extra cost.
3. Third-party tools
Some features come from other companies, including our checkout and payment processor, our flipbook platform and our tax software provider. We choose providers with accessibility in mind, but we do not control their products. Tell us about a problem and we will work with them or offer an alternative.
